Interior Design

The interior design include three furnishing packages to simplify the purchasing process for you and to achieve the best possible value for money. We have checked to ensure the furniture packages we are offering meet the quality and safety standard set by holiday rental companies operating in this market and are complete in terms of their full inventory requirement.

• Flooring - laminated parquet first quality. Walls and ceilings - plaster coating and latex
• Bedrooms: Flooring - parquet first quality. Walls and ceilings - plaster coating and latex.
• Kitchen: Flooring - terra-cotta Upper and lower cupboards, sink and taps
• Bathroom and toilets: Terra-cotta and faience 2m above the floor and dispersed white coating above the faience, as the bathrooms and the toilets shall be furnished according to the architectural plan.
• Entrance hall: Flooring - terra-cotta. Walls and ceilings - plaster coating and latex.

• Balconies - granite, wooden railings, mineral plaster.
• Joinery - PVC.
• Inside & Outside wooden doors
• Electric radiators installed in each room.

Optional - dishwashing machine, washing machine and air conditioners.
