Location of Helios Valley Residence
The Residence is surrounded by three mountains - Rila, Pirin and Rhodopi, a location which allows all the apartments to boast magnificent views. At the same time the project is next to the first existing golf course in the town of Razlog. It is only 3 km. from the Bansko - the newest and fastest developing ski resort in Bulgaria. The town of Razlog is situated in the unspoiled Razlojka valley. It is a town with rich cultural traditions and customs kept through the centuries and still having the spirit of original Bulgarian values. The whole valley possesses rich inheritance of cultural monuments from different ages and civilization.
Golf course
The spectacular site of the new golf course is in the area of
the Razlog valley at the foot of the Pirin Mountain and it is
a world class facility. The large and widespread area of 300
acre directly placed at Pirin Residence has been left as original
as possible. We guide you to the nicest views of this area.
Lots of tees are placed on the summits of the former Dunes to
give you the best look-out on the dunes, the Razlog valley and
the three mountains. The 18-hole executive length course, with
undulating greens and challenging water hazards, tests the skill
of even the most experienced golfer.
Ski Facilities
The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. The skiing area
comprises of over 65 km in ski runs: beginners - 35%; intermediate
- 40%; advanced - 25%. Bansko offers its guests a unique 16-kilometers
uninterrupted ski run, starting from Todorka Peak (2600 m) at
the highest point of the ski center, all the way to base station
of the Gondola lift at the outskirts of the town. The last 7
km of the slope are lighted, and the entire facility is equipped
with artificial snow machines to ensure a great skiing experience
even in warmer conditions.
The Spa centre of Banya
The residence has its own SPA center but residents could always
take advantage of the mineral springs in the nearby village
of Banya. It is situated 5 km from the town of Bansko and is
known for its 27 thermal mineral springs, with high therapeutic
qualities. The healing effects of the thermal springs in these
mountains have been famous since antiquity. The average temperature
of the springs is 58 C.
